Multispecies adulteration of raw and processed foods & meats has been increasing lately. Furthermore, processed meat products can get mislabelled with different meat species, especially pork. Additionally, there are religious food ethics and preferences related to meat consumption. Hence, an accurate pork detection method is crucial for preventing meat adulteration.
